Pressure gauge

A pressure gauge is a mechanical device used to measure fluid or gas pressure in a pipeline, tank, or vessel. It works by using a Bourdon tube, a curved metal tube that expands or contracts in response to changes in pressure. The tube is connected to a dial that displays the pressure reading in units such as psi, bar, or kPa.

Pressure gauges come in different types and sizes, with different accuracy levels and pressure ranges. Some pressure gauges are designed for low pressures, while others are designed for high pressures, such as those found in hydraulic systems.
They can also be designed for specific fluids or gases, such as those used in the petrochemical industry.
Pressure gauges are widely used in various industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). They are often used with other instrumentation, such as pressure transmitters and switches, to provide a comprehensive measurement and control system for industrial processes.
